You may have seen different doctors, urgent care clinics, specialists, or hospital teams — but still feel like no one has had the time to sit down, connect the dots, and explain what is actually going on.
I started HCAM Clinic because I have seen how often patients feel rushed, unheard, or left to manage complex health issues on their own.
As an internal medicine physician and hospitalist, I have cared for many patients after their health problems became complicated enough to require hospitalization. Again and again, I saw the same pattern: people needed more time, better follow-up, clearer explanations, medication review, prevention, and someone willing to look at the full picture earlier.
HCAM Clinic was created for adults who want thoughtful, unrushed medical care.
This is not a high-volume clinic. This is care designed for people who want a physician to take time, listen carefully, review the details, and build a plan that makes sense.

HCAM Clinic offers careful medication review to help patients better understand their treatment plan and identify areas that may need adjustment, simplification, or closer follow-up.
Prevention should not feel like a checklist that gets rushed at the end of a visit.
HCAM Clinic helps review age-appropriate screenings, risk factors, labs, family history, lifestyle factors, and long-term prevention goals.
As adults get older, medical care often becomes more complex.
HCAM Clinic provides thoughtful care for adults and older adults, including review of chronic conditions, medications, fall risk, memory concerns, functional changes, and care priorities.
Weight and metabolic health are part of overall medical care, but they are not treated as a quick fix or one-size-fits-all plan.
When appropriate, visits may include review of weight history, metabolic risk factors, nutrition patterns, activity level, medications, labs, and realistic next steps. Medication options may be discussed when medically appropriate.
Structured weight management and coaching programs may be offered in the future. For now, patients can start with an initial evaluation visit.
HCAM Clinic is built around something many people are missing in healthcare: time.
HCAM Clinic is not an emergency service and does not provide 24/7 care.
This clinic may not be the right fit if you need emergency care, hospital-level care, urgent same-day evaluation for serious symptoms, controlled substance management, complex psychiatric care, pregnancy care, pediatric care, or a clinic that bills insurance directly.
Patients should keep health insurance for labs, imaging, medications, specialists, emergency care, and hospital care.
You do not need to join a membership to get started.
HCAM Clinic currently offers simple self-pay visit options. Insurance is not billed directly at this time.
Membership spots may be limited as the clinic grows. Patients who are not ready for membership can still start with an initial evaluation visit.
Important note: Patients should keep health insurance for labs, imaging, medications, specialists, emergency care, hospital care, and services not included in HCAM Clinic membership.
HCAM Clinic is currently accepting appointment requests for August while clinic setup and coverage are being finalized. Educational resources and intro calls may be available sooner, but medical consultations will begin only after practice setup is complete.
